Per the requests of quite a few members, we have added the ability to leave comments on a members fitness blog. So check out your friends' fitness blogs today and leave them notes of encouragement. Let us know what you think of the new feature and tell us any suggestions you have to improve it.

We've had quite a few requests in the past week to extend the iPod Shuffle Giveaway Contest due to holidays. In response to those requests, we are extending the contest to end at midnight on Saturday January 16th, 2010, so join your friends up in the New Year, its a great way to help get you and your friends healthy in 2010. Right now the leaders in this competition have added a handful for friends (single digits), so its not too late to get in the competition.

Today we released our newest feature, Favorite Member Videos. Over the past month, we've heard from numerous members how they would like to be able to save and show their favorite health and fitness videos on their public page as well as be able to find new videos. Thanks to all the members that helped us beta test this feature, we hope everyone likes it. Right now our list of top videos is small, so take a look at what our beta testers have entered as their favorites and add your own to our listings. As always let us know your opinions on the videos and if you see any way to improve the functionality.
