Bio:I started on a quest to become more physically and mentally fit in 2001. At 5' 11," weighing 186 lbs with no muscle, I decided to lose weight and feel great. In 3 months, I dieted and rigorously exercised and dropped down to 160 lbs with a BMI of 18%.
I then dabbled in free weights for 6 months and decided to get more serious. I researched books, magazines, forums, and anything else that would help me gain lean muscle. As of 2008, at 31 years old, I weigh 182 lbs with a BMI of 10%. My ultimate goal is to weigh 186 lbs again while keeping my BMI low.
