| Bio: | Type 2 diabetic - using Weight Watchers and frequent exercise, primarily road biking, I have lost 32 lbs ( as of 4/30/09) (42 lbs as of 6/13). I currently weigh 224 lbs (6/13) with the goal of 200 lbs - maybe 180 if I get to feeling cocky. I ride a Trek 200 Navigator and an old beater Shogun 10 speed that is my project bike. Looking to get a true touring bike this summer and participating in my first century in October.
