Congratulations on deciding to set a goal or take a challenge!
The key to improved health and fitness is to routinely set realistic goals and then follow through on them. Our training tools allow you to
create your goals and then track your progress.
What kind of goals can I create?
The sky is the limit. You decide what health and fitness activity you want to create a goal for and we will help you create it. Check out some common goals that other members have created.
- "I want to lose 10 lbs by my class reunion."

How do I create goals?
You have three different options for creating your goals. Try out all three to see what they provide.
